Can I return my order?
Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns. However, you may return your purchase if an incorrect product/size was delivered or if it has a manufacturing defect (reported within 48 hours of delivery).
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are allowed only if the product delivered is incorrect or defective. The product must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and the exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Are customised or altered products eligible for exchange?
No, customised or altered products cannot be exchanged. However, they can be altered once if required (courier charges to be borne by the customer).
Do you provide refunds?
We do not provide refunds. Instead, we issue a credit note for defective/damaged items, valid for 3 months. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, a full refund will be processed.
What about sale or discounted items?
Products bought during sales or at discounted prices are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Do you offer free shipping in India?
Yes, we offer free shipping within India for all orders above ₹10,000. For orders below ₹10,000, standard shipping charges will apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country and the package weight.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
During regular periods, orders are usually processed quickly. However, orders placed during sale periods may take 7–10 working days to dispatch.
Who is responsible if my return package gets lost in transit?
Customers are responsible for safely shipping return items using a reliable and trackable courier service. Prachi Kamat will not be liable for products lost in transit.
