Refund policy

At Prachi Kamat, every garment is handmade with love and care. Due to the artisanal process, slight variations may occur, which are part of the uniqueness of handmade clothing. Please note that colours may appear differently across screens.

Returns

Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns. Your purchase is eligible for return only if:

  1. An incorrect size or product has been delivered (does not match your order confirmation).

  2. The product has a manufacturing defect or damage (must be reported with images within 48 hours of delivery).

Exchanges

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only under the following conditions:

  1. An incorrect size or product has been delivered.

  2. The product has a manufacturing defect or damage (reported with images within 48 hours).

  3. Exchanges are allowed once per order only.

  4. Products must be returned in original packaging, unwashed, unused, with all tags intact.

  5. Customised or altered products are not eligible for exchange (but can be altered if required; courier charges to be borne by the customer).

  6. Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery with the order number and details.

  7. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • A credit note will be issued in cases of damaged/defective products verified by our team (valid for 3 months from issuance).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Sale & Discounted Products

  1. Products bought on sale or special offers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

  2. Orders placed during sale periods may take 7–10 working days for dispatch.

Customisation

  • Customised pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or not as per agreed specifications.

  • Alterations can be done once (courier charges to be borne by the customer).

⚠️ Note: Prachi Kamat reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if the product is found to be used or damaged by the customer.
