- Customers are responsible for safely shipping return items using a reliable and trackable courier service.
- Prachi Kamat will not be liable for any products lost in transit.
- Orders placed during sale periods may take 7–10 working days for dispatch.
Shipping Rates
- We offer free shipping within India on all orders above ₹10,000.
- For orders below ₹10,000, standard shipping charges will apply (calculated at checkout).
- International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the package.
Return and Refund
- Returns not accepted unless incorrect size/product delivered or manufacturing defect (report within 48 hours with images).
- Exchanges allowed only once per order if incorrect size/product or defect; must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
- Customised/altered products not eligible for exchange, only one alteration possible (customer bears courier charges).
- Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days; return shipping cost borne by customer.
- No refunds; only credit note issued for defective/damaged products (valid 3 months).
- Full refund only if order is cancelled before shipping; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Sale/discounted products are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable; dispatch may take 7–10 working days.
- Customised products are final sale unless defective or not as per agreed specifications.
